I do understand that NO COMMISSION can be paid out unless Easy Access Capital, has received the signed ISO Agreement and a Copy of my W9 form.

I understand that I will be issued a 1099 at the end of the year.

I understand that the most effective and rewarding marketing is going out to businesses and handing out post cards with our loan offer.
