HERE IS WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
A Professional Website leased to you for the period of this agreement.
BIZ LOAN DEPOT will receive and submit all leads generated through the marketing of that website to service providers that BIZ LOAN DEPOT sees fit for the Services. You also have the option to submit the leads wherever you please.
Biz Loan Depot will provide a weekly ZOOM group call for all subscribers of the Business in a Box program.
Subscribers are also encouraged to attend our Affiliate Zoom Call weekly.
All support will be done through our Facebook Group.
Any additional training may cost additional fees.
AND YES – You earn up to 70% Commission!
OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS
You will be sent a Subscription Agreement with payment instructions.
Once we receive back the signed agreement and payment, we will schedule with you an on boarding call to discuss what to expect next.
You will then receive an email with special instructions and information that we need from you to get your website up and running.
Once your website is up, which can take up to SEVEN days, we will then call you to schedule an appointment so that we can set up your facebook ad campaigns.
You will then be asked to join our facebook group. Thats where you will get all the support during this program.
You will also be required to visit our weekly zoom calls to learn more about marketing and to exchange ideas with other agents that can help you become successful.
There are other Zoom calls that you are allowed to attend if you choose to.
We will assist you in setting up your facebook ad campaigns so that you can start generating leads / clients. We at Biz loan Depot will reach out to your leads to fully understand their needs and qualifications. We then submit qualified clients to one of our providers within our portfolio. At times, Biz Loan Depot itself will be the providers for some of the services and products. As you can see, it pretty much runs by itself because we do it all for you. You maintain the ad spend and we do the rest of the work. Naturally, we encourage you to get more involved if you want to increase the chances of success. Actions such as increasing your ad spend, marketing on other platforms, networking, advertising on platforms that we may suggest in our zoom calls, can help. You also reserve the right to place your leads where you choose to. You can also learn about all the products and start doing your own submission. The choice is yours.
COMMISSION / EARNING STRUCTURE
Only the products or services listed below are part of this agreement.
● All hard Money Loans for Real Estate – 70% / 30% split on what Biz Loan Depot earns on a closed deal with the 70% in favor of the subscriber.
● Bank Statement Mortgages – 70% / 30% split on what Biz Loan Depot earns on a closed deal with the 70% in favor of the subscriber.
● Merchant Cash Advances – 5% of the funded amount.
● Business Line of Credit – – 70% / 30% split on what Biz Loan Depot earns on a closed deal with the 70% in favor of the subscriber.
● Business Term Loans – – 70% / 30% split on what Biz Loan Depot earns on a closed deal with the 70% in favor of the subscriber.
● Equipment Financing – – 70% / 30% split on what Biz Loan Depot earns on a closed deal with the 70% in favor of the subscriber.
● SBA Business Loans – – 70% / 30% split on what Biz Loan Depot earns on a closed deal with the 70% in favor of the subscriber.
● Credit Repair – $100.00
● Inquiry Removal – $100.00
● Business Credit Building – $100.00
● Aged Corps and LLC – $100.00
● Business Credit Building Software Access: $500.00
● Business Funding up to $150,000 with 0% Apr – 680+ FICO Required – 3% of the funded amount.
OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS AFTER THE PURCHASE IS COMPLETED
● Subscriber will receive a welcome email with instructions on what to do next.
● An onboarding call will be scheduled within 72 hours of purchase completion.
● Subscriber will choose if the “Business In a Box” will be done as a business entity or sole proprietor.
● Subscriber will then receive an email requesting the following information: Name of Website, Name of Business chosen, Telephone Number that they want listed on the leased website.
● Subscriber will give us access to any necessary back-ends required to set you up.
● Subscriber will allow Biz Loan Depot, SEVEN, (7) days, to complete the setup of the website and have it LIVE.
● Biz Loan Depot will schedule an appointment with Subscriber to set up facebook ad campaign after website is LIVE.
● All support will be given through our private Facebook group for this agreement.
● Subscriber will be sent an invitation to attend our weekly zoom calls.
You can also earn $500.00 for every new Business in a Box, client that you refer to join the program. You also earn 5% of the total commissions earned by that referral partner in a 30 day period.
